1. Introduction

Welcome to Okie Market! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Okie Market platform, including all associated services provided to Sellers, Buyers, and Visitors. By using our platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Platform Purpose

Okie Market is an online multi-vendor marketplace that connects buyers with approved sellers of Oklahoma-made products. We provide the infrastructure, marketing, and customer support necessary to facilitate these transactions.

3. Account Registration

• All Sellers and Buyers must register an account to access full platform functionality.

• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

4. Vendor (Seller) Obligations

• Sellers must be approved through our vendor application process.
  
• Sellers agree not to communicate with Buyers outside of the Okie Market platform regarding purchases or services related to products listed on the platform.
  
• For a period of 18 months following initial contact through Okie Market, Sellers agree not to transact with Buyers outside the platform.
  
• Sellers must fulfill orders accurately and within the stated time frame.
  
• Sellers agree to the payout terms of 14 to 30 days after order completion, in accordance with our return policy buffer.

5. Buyer Responsibilities

• Buyers agree to purchase products only through the Okie Market platform.
  
• Direct solicitation or engagement of Sellers for transactions outside of Okie Market is strictly prohibited.
  
• Buyers must communicate order-related issues through the platform’s support tools.
  

6. Order Fulfillment & Dispute Resolution

• Sellers are solely responsible for fulfilling their orders.
  
• In case of disputes, Buyers and Sellers must use Okie Market's internal resolution system before pursuing external remedies.
  
• Okie Market may act as a neutral party in resolving issues but is not liable for the outcome.

7. Fees and Commissions

• Sellers agree to the platform's fee structure, which includes:
  
• A commission on each sale 15%
  
• Optional service or protection fees may apply.
  
• Fees are subject to change with advance notice.

8.  Payout Timing & Holds

Seller payouts are processed on a monthly cycle and issued by the 10th of each month.

Only orders that are:

• Marked as “delivered,” and
  
• Have passed their standard return window (14 days unless otherwise stated)
  are eligible for payout during the current cycle.

Any orders not meeting these criteria will roll into the following month’s payout.

Payouts may be temporarily withheld for the following reasons:

Open disputes or chargebacks

Violations of platform policies

Incomplete order tracking or seller performance concerns

• New sellers may be subject to an initial probationary hold before their first payout.

9. Prohibited Activities

• Circumventing the platform for off-site transactions.
  
• Posting or exchanging personal contact information in product listings or messages.
  
• Listing prohibited, counterfeit, or misrepresented goods.
  
• Harassing or abusive behavior toward users or staff.

10. Intellectual Property

• All content on the platform is protected by copyright and may not be used without permission.
  
• Product listings, photos, and brand names remain the property of their respective owners but may be used for promotional purposes by Okie Market.

11. Privacy Policy

Use of Okie Market is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review how we collect, use, and protect your data.

12. Termination

Okie Market may suspend or terminate access to users who violate these Terms. This includes repeated cancellations, fraudulent behavior, or attempts to circumvent the platform.

13. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

Any dispute arising under these Terms will first be subject to mediation. If not resolved, disputes will be arbitrated in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma.

14. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
